Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas! The Hubbard's return to blogging. We spent Christmas day with both families. We went to my parents house Christmas morning and opened gifts with Hailey and Kelly. Hailey is so cute. She is walking and chattering a lot. She got a rocking horse from Grandma & Grandpa, but she hasn't completely warmed up to Trigger yet.

Then we headed north to Torrington to see Ron's parents and his sister Sharon. The roads had some drifting snow and slush, but we made it. It's a little crazy at his parents house with all of the grand-puppies; Dixie, Roxie, Sassy, and Maxie. They of had their fair share of presents too!

Ron and I celebrated our Christmas on Christmas eve. I gave he a curved shower curtain rod (like you see in hotels), hooks and a washable shower curtain. Now he can shower in style. Ron gave me a fun heart necklace, flash drive, and grilling tools. This year we cheated and put up a small table top tree. We know next year will be completely different and the big tree will have to come out.
We hope all of you had a merry Christmas and have a Happy New Year!

Hailey's Big Day!
Hailey turned one on Saturday and she had such a fun party. Her theme was Elmo and she had her party at Pizza Hut with lots of family and friends. We played pin the tail on the donkey and muscial chairs. However, Hailey was most interested in the tissue paper that came in her gifts.
Hurray for Hailey and Uncle Ron

2 years and counting....

Ron and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary yesterday. Wow, time has sure flown by. I can't say we did anything too excited yesterday night (our dinner consisted of mac and cheese made by Ron). We did go out to Rodney Carrington on Friday night with friends Erin and Tom. I also helped Katie celebrate 28 years at the Wyoming/Utah game on sat. Go Pokes!

We are family
While in the Texas area we saw Ron's cousins Karen & Dave and their son John in Dallas, TX. We also visited his Uncle John and Aunt Janet north of Houston.
This is Karen and Dave's house. It is so beauitful. Great landscaping too!

How cute! Ron with Karen, Dave and baby John.

This is Ron's Aunt and Uncle's house. They live on 17 acres and have many wildlife friends come and visit them. They feed the deer (we saw as many as 9 at one time) and there is nightly ritual of feeding the racoons. Janet is brave enough to touch them and they are hungry enough to come right up to the house.

This is in their newly remodeled kitchen. We do have to say we love central air. How you could live without it in all the hummidity?
Yeah for Mary Kay!
Last week Ron and I attend the national Mary Kay seminar in Dallas, Texas. It was so much fun, motivating and fun. I don't think Ron had been surrounded by so much pink. We attended general sessions, classes, banquets and awards night.

This photo is from awards night. It has been called a combination of a broadway show, miss america pagent and grammy's. There were performers called the Friends of Tyme and they rocked. Yes, those are men coming down on ropes (in firemen suits) from the ceiling, while the song played, "It's raining men."

Ron received special recognition for being a supportive spouce from our future National Sales Director Deb.

I was honored at our unit banquet as Ms. Go-Give from my sales director, Amy Hayes. This is a treasurered honor and I was given a necklace, certificate and a rosette ribbon to wear.

It's pink! This was the entrance to the main seating area at seminar.

Because there were thousands of women at seminar, feeding us all at once was quite the undertaking. All the meals were all ready on the tables and waiting. I'm not quite sure how they pull this off.
